Not another drill generator

Your methodology is the operating system.

Generic tools start with generic rugby. PitchPlan starts with how your team actually speaks, trains, assigns staff, manages contact, and builds a week.

Generic AI plan

  • Invented terminology coaches must rewrite
  • Loose timing that does not match the field booking
  • Drill names without numbers, constraints, or win conditions
  • Contact intensity buried inside paragraphs
  • A chat response—not an operational document

PitchPlan session

  • Your calls, plays, cues, and principles throughout
  • Exact-duration blocks with transitions included
  • Runnable activities, coaching questions, and outcomes
  • Visible 0–5 contact level on every activity row
  • A staff-ready sheet built to print, brief, and coach
Built around the work

From coaching intent to a usable field plan.

PitchPlan handles the structure and arithmetic without flattening the judgment, language, and standards that make your program yours.

01 / METHODOLOGY

Teach it your language once.

Save your team philosophy, staff roles, session skeleton, phase objectives, plays, calls, and coaching vocabulary. Every plan starts there.

02 / TIME

Every minute accounted for.

Set the session length and PitchPlan balances activities, parallel unit work, transitions, water, and wrap-up to the exact target.

03 / CONTACT

Intensity you can see.

A clear 0–5 contact scale gives coaches, medical staff, and players a shared picture before the first whistle.

04 / EXECUTION

Specific enough to run.

Blocks include group size, constraints, win conditions, coaching cues, guided-discovery questions, outcomes, equipment, staff ownership, and video assignments.

05 / REFINE

Change the plan in plain English.

Ask for lower contact, a different game, more unit time, or an opponent-specific scenario. PitchPlan returns a complete revised sheet—not a list of edits to reconcile.

06 / SHARE

Built for the coaches’ meeting.

Open the finished plan in a clean operations view, save revisions in the browser, and print or export a landscape PDF without application chrome.

One simple workflow

Configure once. Build fast. Coach the detail.

Set your program

Add your philosophy, language, staff, contact scale, season phases, and the skeleton your sessions normally follow.

Describe tonight

Choose the phase, duration, focus, opponent context, available equipment, video coverage, and any constraints.

Refine and print

Review the full sheet, change anything conversationally, then print or save the finished version for staff and field use.

Operations, not inspiration

A plan your staff can actually execute.

The output is designed like a matchday operations sheet: glanceable, time-bound, visibly assigned, and useful under pressure.

  • Clock times and running minutes stay aligned
  • Forwards and backs can run in parallel inside one block
  • Every row shows coaches, equipment, contact, and video
  • Guided questions sit beside technical coaching cues

Questions coaches ask

Built to fit your program.

Is this locked to one team’s terminology?

No. The current preview ships with a complete rugby methodology as a working example, but every coach can replace the team name, staff, language, session skeleton, phase structure, and contact scale.

Does it just generate a list of drills?

No. PitchPlan produces a timed operations sheet with transitions, parallel unit rows, staff assignments, equipment, coaching questions, outcomes, contact levels, and video coverage.

Can I change the plan after it is generated?

Yes. Use the refinement bar to request a complete revision in plain English. The revised plan is automatically saved alongside prior versions in the browser.

Is this ready for multiple coaches and devices?

The private preview stores configuration and plans per browser. Shared accounts, cloud plan storage, roster groups, and organization controls are natural next-stage additions.

Spend less time formatting. More time coaching the session.

Open the protected preview, load the example methodology, and build a complete field-ready plan from one session brief.
